In addition to the many special features that currently distinguish Founders Insurance Company from other markets, we are adding two additional coverages to our Founders Non-Standard Auto Program.
Legal Expense Coverage: In return for a $25 semi-annual premium, your insureds may seek reimbursement for up to $500 of fees and expenses that they incur for services rendered by their own attorney in contesting citations alleging a moving traffic violation. In other words, if the insured receives a speeding ticket, OWI or a citation for most any other
type of moving violation, he or she can retain their own attorney for defense and receive reimbursement for their attorney fees up to the coverage limit. The commission for this unique coverage will be 40% of the premium
and will appear on your regular monthly statement.
Accidental Death Coverage: This coverage form provides a $2,000 limit for an injury resulting in the accidental death of the insured. The premium for this coverage is $15 each semi-annual policy term. The commission for this coverage is 50% of the premium.
